SAP Customer Data Cloud and SCPI
Annex Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud has an API-based point-to-point direct integration. Many of our customers leverage this integration to sync loyalty data. This integration enables Annex Cloud to receive customer account activity detail and push loyalty information to the Customer Data Cloud in real time. Using SCPI, Annex Cloud can accelerate integrations with SAP systems using more than 2,000 pre-built flows and connectors, enabling enterprises to go to market faster.
Heartland Retail
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of Heartland Retail, with several customers using our integration. The integration displays customer loyalty data and program activities, and enables customer representatives to manage rewards through the POS to provide a better user experience.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with many customers using it. Our certified integration cartridge offers the ability to display loyalty dashboards and data across the ecommerce journey on product, category and confirmation pages, as well as the right loyalty messaging throughout the customer journey on the website.

Zaius (Optimizely)
Annex Cloud has a certified integration with the Zaius (Optimizely) commerce platform. A number of our customers are using the certified connector. The connector provides seamless integration between the platforms which displays the loyalty dashboard and information throughout the customer journey—from product and category pages through checkout confirmation pages.
Salesforce CRM
Annex Cloud has point-to-point integration with Salesforce CRM using a custom-built Salesforce lightning app for loyalty. This is being used by many of our customers. The app synchronizes data in real time, displays customer loyalty membership details, activities and interactions, and provides the ability to manage customer loyalty points from Salesforce.
NetSuite ERP
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of NetSuite, with a standard set of API bundles that integrate with NetSuite bi-directionally. Several of our customers are using this. The integration enables the loyalty engine to receive the customer’s activity details in real time from NetSuite and send customer loyalty information back to NetSuite. It also displays complete customer loyalty information and provides the ability to credit/debit points from the customer’s account.
Adyen
Annex Cloud and Adyen have a card-linked API-based loyalty integration, which makes loyalty easy and seamless for end customers. Customers can use their payment cards to earn and redeem loyalty rewards on various commerce platforms.
