Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
Annex Cloud provides a seamless integration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Platform via a custom connector. The integration has the ability to send loyalty attributes and interactions, and sync segment data between Annex Cloud’s Loyalty Experience Platform and Microsoft’s Marketing Cloud.
Annex Cloud and Zendesk have a point-to-point direct integration, which many of our customers are using. This integration transfers loyalty information to Zendesk in real time and enables support agents to have a holistic view of customer accounts in the loyalty dashboard. The dashboard displays loyalty membership details and activities. It also provides the ability to credit/debit points from customer accounts, enabling support agent to provide better service.
SAP Service Cloud
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of SAP with a direct point-to-point integration. This integration transfers customer loyalty information to Service Cloud, and displays membership and activity details. Support agents can perform loyalty actions in the user profile, and furnish loyalty information when requested, delivering a better service experience.
Salesforce Service Cloud
Annex Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud have a direct integration using a Salesforce lightning app. This app transfers loyalty information to Service Cloud in real time, which enables support agents to have a holistic view of the customer’s loyalty information—including membership details, activity and rewards. It also allow them to manage customer loyalty points.
Microsoft Dynamics Service Cloud
Annex Cloud and Microsoft Service Cloud have a point-to-point direct integration via a custom-built connector. This connector provides secure, real-time transfer of loyalty data to Service Cloud. It provides the ability to display complete loyalty membership details, activities and rewards information. It also provides the ability to credit/debit points from the customer’s account.
