Annex Cloud has point-to-point integration with Salesforce CRM using a custom-built Salesforce lightning app for loyalty. This is being used by many of our customers. The app synchronizes data in real time, displays customer loyalty membership details, activities and interactions, and provides the ability to manage customer loyalty points from Salesforce.
Adobe Commerce (Magento)
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of the Adobe Commerce platform. The certified loyalty extensions are being used by several customers and provide a seamless exchange of loyalty data between the platforms. The extensions have the ability to display the loyalty dashboard and data across the user journey on the ecommerce site.
SAP Customer Data Cloud and SCPI
Annex Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud has an API-based point-to-point direct integration. Many of our customers leverage this integration to sync loyalty data. This integration enables Annex Cloud to receive customer account activity detail and push loyalty information to the Customer Data Cloud in real time. Using SCPI, Annex Cloud can accelerate integrations with SAP systems using more than 2,000 pre-built flows and connectors, enabling enterprises to go to market faster.
NetSuite ERP
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of NetSuite, with a standard set of API bundles that integrate with NetSuite bi-directionally. Several of our customers are using this. The integration enables the loyalty engine to receive the customer’s activity details in real time from NetSuite and send customer loyalty information back to NetSuite. It also displays complete customer loyalty information and provides the ability to credit/debit points from the customer’s account.
Qualtrics
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of Qualtrics with an API-based direct integration.This integration is used by many of our customers, which enables them to award loyalty points to end users. Organizations can leverage this integration to increase survey participation and improve survey data accuracy by incorporating loyalty rewards.
Tealium
Annex Cloud and Tealium have an API-based direct point-to-point integration. This integration provides real-time data exchange between the platforms, specifically account activity to Annex Cloud and loyalty data to Tealium. This enables organizations to maintain a rich customer profile in Tealium. Additionally, businesses can leverage the CDP’s insights on customer behaviors and preferences to further personalize their loyalty program.
mParticle
Annex Cloud and mParticle have an API-based direct integration. A number of customers are using this integration. This integration provides the ability to receive customer loyalty data, as well as Ratings and Reviews data, real time in mParticle. It also enables companies to ensure data quality, enforce governance and drive better interactions.
SAP Sales Cloud
Annex Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud have a point-to-point direct integration. This integration exhanges data in real time between the platforms. It sends loyalty data into Sales Cloud and displays loyalty membership details, activity and rewards. It also provides the ability to credit/debit points from the customer’s account.
Bloomreach
Annex Cloud and Bloomreach have an API-based direct point-to-point integration. This provides real-time data exchange between the two, specifically account activity to Annex Cloud and loyalty data to Bloomreach’s Digital Experience platform. This enables organizations to maintain a rich customer profile in Bloomreach. Additionally, businesses can leverage the CDP’s customer behavior and preferences insights to further personalize their loyalty program.
