Multi-step engagement, in and out of the basket
Most members buy from you a handful of times a year. A journey gives them a reason to show up in between — and a payout when they finish.
Any number of steps, any order you want.
Define the steps and the rules: all of them, any three of five, in this order, inside this window. Attend an event and make a purchase. Sign up to the newsletter and complete a profile. Change a threshold or swap a reward without a developer.
Completion pays out automatically.
Points, a reward or coupon, a badge — or all three at once, issued the moment the last step lands. Members see how close they are the whole way through, so the finish line keeps pulling them back.
If you can measure it, it can be a step.
Send any behaviour into the Events API and it becomes usable inside a journey. A fitness brand pipes in Strava activity and rewards a member at 300 miles. A B2B brand counts certification modules. Your data, your definition of progress.
Keep members active between purchases
Most members buy a handful of times a year. A journey gives them something to do in the months in between — attend an event, complete a profile, subscribe, show up two weeks running — and every one of those counts as a step toward a payout.
Reward the behaviours you want more of
Point a journey at whatever matters this quarter — category trial, app adoption, referrals, training completion. Change the target, the threshold or the reward next quarter from the builder, with no developer and no release.
Bring in progress data from anywhere
Your POS, your app, a partner platform, a wearable. If the signal can reach the Events API it can be a step in a journey — and the member’s progress bar moves the moment the event lands.
