Annex Cloud has a certified integration with the Zaius (Optimizely) commerce platform. A number of our customers are using the certified connector. The connector provides seamless integration between the platforms which displays the loyalty dashboard and information throughout the customer journey—from product and category pages through checkout confirmation pages.
Maropost
Annex Cloud’s integration with Maropost’s Commerce Cloud includes the ability to display loyalty dashboards and data across the ecommerce journey on product, category, and confirmation pages as well as the right loyalty messaging throughout the buying process.
SAP Emarsys
Annex Cloud has direct integration with Emarsys. Several of our customers use it to send customer loyalty and referral data to Emarsys, which can be used to create customized campaigns.

Annex Cloud offers a point-to-point direct integration with Acoustic, which several of our customers are using. The integration provides the ability to send customer loyalty data to Acoustic, making it easy to create customized marketing campaigns.
Infobip
Annex Cloud provides point-to-point integration with Infobip. The integration offers seamless transfer of loyalty member data for building deeper customer relationships through a loyalty program.

Annex Cloud provides a direct integration with Cordial. Many of our customers use this integration to send customer loyalty data to Cordial in real time, which can be used to create customized campaigns.
Ometria
The Annex Cloud and Ometria integration provides data exchange between the platforms. Specifically account activity to Annex Cloud and loyalty data to Ometria. This enables organizations to have a richer customer profile, as well as leverage important insights on customer behaviors and preferences to improve personalization and relevancy.
SAP Marketing Cloud
Annex Cloud is a certified partner of SAP Marketing Cloud. This certified loyalty extension is used by several customers to send customer loyalty data and interactions to the Marketing Cloud. The extension can also export the target group from Marketing Cloud to Annex Cloud.
