Annex Cloud and Microsoft Service Cloud have a point-to-point direct integration via a custom-built connector. This connector provides secure, real-time transfer of loyalty data to Service Cloud. It provides the ability to display complete loyalty membership details, activities and rewards information. It also provides the ability to credit/debit points from the customer’s account. This enables support agents to deliver a better customer experience.
