Social Comments feature is engaging and easy to use. Users can interact with other users and the brand by adding comments to the website.

Here’s how it works:

Comment Posting:

Comments are posted by users in the comment box using a rich-text editor that allows text messages as well as emoticons.

Social Login:

Before submitting a comment, they are required to sign in via their social media accounts or create and use an Annex Cloud account. A user can also choose to post a comment as Guest without logging in.

 

Admin Moderation:

Once the comments are posted, moderator(s) are notified about a newly posted comment so that it can be approved or disapproved.

Published Comment:

After the moderator approves the comment, the user receives a notification and the comment is made live on the website.

 

User Reply:

A user can also reply to existing comments.
