Advocates that successfully register or convert their friends quicker by giving them bonus points. For example, if the friend registers an account within 30 days of referral, the advocate will earn 100 points v/s if the friend registers an account within 31- 90 days of referral, the advocate will earn 50 points.
Advocates that refer their friends based on their profile attributes, for example, a regular advocate referring a friend that registers as a preferred customer v/s a regular advocate referring a friend that registers as a retail customer, may earn two different values of bonus points.
Bonus points configuration within the Action settings of the Loyalty program can allow creating different types of referral bonuses for advocates. Gamifying your referral program experience boosts both advocate and friend engagement with the brand, hence driving more traffic to your online shop while also acquiring a new customer faster.
