Annex Cloud's Customer Loyalty platform now compatible with Progressive web apps (PWA) which are websites that look and feel like an app. This means users can access all information on the website from the browser and get the experience of an app without having to actually download and install. PWAs allow web services to offer native experiences on desktop and mobile. PWA content is downloaded progressively, hence providing a better user experience than a traditional website that uses responsive design. PWAs use modern web technology to deliver app-like experiences to users directly in their browsers. In short, PWA is the “Website that took all the right vitamins”.
