Steve brings more than 25 years of finance and operational experience with PE-backed, early-stage and scale-up technology companies. In his prior roles leading the finance and operations organizations of Aurotek, CloudBolt Software, Force 3, Metastorm, and Sequoia Software, Steve has raised critical capital, including public and private offerings. He’s also integrated multiple acquisitions, led international expansions, and co-led four strategic exits.
