Sugarfina and Annex Cloud took home the Best Customer Experience Strategy Award for 2019, which highlights some of the industry’s most innovative CX loyalty designs. These awards recognize brands that are driving customer loyalty forward and successfully navigating today’s complex and evolving landscape.
Awards were given across a total of twelve categories, each representing a key tenet of a brand’s interactions with customers. Flagship brands like Hilton, Mountain Dew, Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International, Verizon Wireless, Tarte Cosmetics, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), Zumiez, The Vitamin Shoppe, Luxottica and many more were all competing for various awards.
